Meet Your Speakers

The Federal IT Shared Services Strategy was released last year which details the steps agencies must take to begin chipping away at more than $46 billion in duplicate IT investments. The government has rolled out 7 shared services initiatives in the past 4 years, along with sequestration and budget cuts, shared services is now a strategy organizations must execute.

It is no secret the government has trouble with efficiency, as we operate in silos, duplicate work, and consistently lack communication of best practices from one office to another. The need to consolidated services in the government is more vital now than ever before. Let's fix it.
