Tim is currently the Deputy Chief Financial Officer at the Department of Education. He provides senior leadership to a staff of financial management professionals and oversees the integrity and efficiency of financial management operations to ensure accurate and timely information is provided. Tim integrates financial operations with business processes and systems, and maintains effective internal controls. He has most recently been a Senior Auditor at ODNI and Comptroller the DIA.

John White

Department of Agriculture

John White is the Director of the National Finance Center at the Department of Agriculture. John has extensive management, operations and finance experience managing large-scale change projects, product line growth, financial systems design, and revenue-cost realignment actions. Thought his 25 years of private industry experience, John posses a broad range of knowledge in general management, finance, human resources, and strategic planning competencies. During his time as the Director of the Government Employee Services Division, he provided a roadmap for continuing successful operations as the Federal Governments premier Shared Services provider.

Rebecca Dubuisson

NASA

Rebecca is the Deputy Director of the Shared Services Center at NASA. She helps manage the NSSC and provides leadership to the business and technical functional areas of financial management, human resources, information technology, procurement and agency business support. Rebecca has 24 years experience in business administration including acquisition management, institutional management, and financial management.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement, DHS

Radha Sekar is the chief financial officer for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Radha oversees accounting and finance, budget, facilities and engineering, and asset management. She has extensive background in developing and implementing new and re-engineered business processes, defining and implementing business rules that lead to statutory compliance and commercial best practices, developing financial management policies and implementing business application systems that support them. She has over 20 years experience practicing these principals in the public and private sector.
